Welcome to the City of Searcy and the Searcy Fire Department. We’re glad you chose to visit with us. The Searcy Fire Department is the only accredited fire department in the state of Arkansas, and one of 132 in the United States.  We are also a Class 2 fire service, serving a customer base of approximately 20,000 people. During the day, that number increases to about 35,000. We have three fire stations that cover approximately 20 square miles. We have modern, up-to-date equipment and focus on training as a means to firefighter efficiency and safety.
